AxiomFolio is a portfolio-intelligence and research platform. It aggregates positions from directly-connected brokers (Schwab, Tastytrade, Tradier, Coinbase, IBKR, E*TRADE) and from CSV imports on an account you have already connected, surfaces market signals, and provides research tools — strategy backtesting, walk-forward optimization, and Monte Carlo simulation — for your own analysis.

AxiomFolio is not a registered investment advisor, broker-dealer, or financial planner. Nothing on this site or in the app — including signals, scores, backtests, or strategy validation status — is investment advice or a recommendation to buy or sell any security. Information is provided for educational and informational purposes only. You are solely responsible for your own investment decisions.

By default, orders are simulated ("shadow mode") rather than sent to a live broker. Where live order placement exists, it is disabled unless explicitly enabled for your account. Shadow-mode results are hypothetical and do not represent real trading performance or guarantee future results.

Backtest, walk-forward, and Monte Carlo results are simulations against historical data. Past performance (simulated or real) is not indicative of future results. These tools do not account for every real-world cost, slippage, or market-impact scenario, and results can differ materially from live trading.

Broker connections you authorize are used to read account and position data so AxiomFolio can display and analyze your portfolio; we do not place trades through a connected broker unless you have explicitly enabled that capability for your account. Market data is sourced from third-party providers and may be delayed, incomplete, or occasionally incorrect — verify anything material against your broker's own statements before acting on it.

• Keep your account credentials secure and notify us of any unauthorized access.
• Only connect broker accounts and upload statements that belong to you or that you are authorized to manage.
• Independently verify any signal, score, or research output before acting on it — you decide, we surface.

AxiomFolio offers a Free tier alongside paid Pro and Quant Desk tiers that unlock additional research and execution features. Current tier pricing and feature boundaries are published on the pricing page, which is the source of truth if anything here is out of date.

AxiomFolio and Paperwork Labs are not liable for trading losses, missed opportunities, or decisions made using information from the platform. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose.

You may stop using AxiomFolio and delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms, suspected fraud, or abuse of connected-broker access.

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated "Last updated" date.
